TELEKIDS: Telemark skiing for children
Free Heel Fest has put together an ad hoc program for children aged from 8 to 14 with telemark lessons to suit all levels, bivouacking and lively activities.
There is also the possibility to rent equipment free of charge
Telemark lessons
Each afternoon, even the children can learn something about telemark skiing, thanks to special telemark lessons tailor made just for them. Over two hours, and with two or three different levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) the Livigno ski instructors will help children of all ages to discover telemark skiing.
- Saturday 1/04: 2pm c/o Campo Scuola Sci Inverno/Estate
- Sunday 2/04: 2pm c/o start of the Carosello 3000 cable lift
- Monday 3/04: 2pm c/o start of the Mottolino cable lift

- 2.15pm Surprise Race
- 4.30pm c/o Plaza Placheda La Telekids Festa: Nutella party & prize giving
- Thursday 6/04: 2pm c/o start of the Mottolino cable lift
- Friday 7/04: 2pm c/o start of the Carosello 3000 cable lift
- Saturday 8/04: 2pm c/o start of the Mottolino cable lift
time lesson: 2-4 pm.
PRICE
€ 20,00. The price includes 2 hours telemark lessons per 6 days, telemark boots and skis to be taken at the Precision Ski Lab Mottini c/o Mottolino.
Availability only for 25 children.
Tele Kids corner
We have made arrangements to set up a “kids” corner within the main exhibition, where each afternoon, kids can watch videos, meet internationally famous telemarkers and chat to one another about this fascinating sport.
Tele Kids bivouac
Adventurous free heeling.
Bivouacking just for kids, a great trek with base camp in one of the beautiful valleys around Livigno. A night spent under the stars discussing the days spent with your telemark buddies
